- Email address and first name for newsletter or marketing list signups.
- Marketing consent choices, SMS verification consent, coupon claim status, and related timestamps.
- Attribution information such as UTM parameters, referrer, landing page, Facebook click IDs, Meta ad parameters, Google Ads click IDs and ValueTrack parameters, and other click identifiers.
We may also collect technical information from your browser, such as device and browser details, page views, approximate usage activity, and security challenge results.
How We Use Information
- To verify your phone number before issuing a promotional coupon.
- To email coupon codes and service-related promo messages.
- To prevent duplicate coupon claims and protect the promotion from abuse.
- To manage email marketing subscriptions and unsubscribe requests.
- To measure advertising performance and improve our website.
- To comply with legal, security, audit, and operational requirements.
SMS Verification And Marketing Consent
SMS verification is used only to confirm that the mobile phone number belongs to the person claiming the offer. Consent to receive a one-time verification text is separate from marketing consent. We do not treat SMS verification consent as consent to receive SMS marketing.
Email marketing consent is optional and must be selected separately. Marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option.
How We Protect Promo Data
The promo system is designed so lookup and duplicate-prevention checks use hashed identifiers. Sensitive contact details and coupon codes should not be stored in plain text by the backend. Staff redemption screens should show only the information needed to validate a coupon, such as phone last four digits, and staff actions should be logged.
Service Providers
We may use service providers to operate the website and promotion, including:
- Cloudflare for website hosting, Workers, D1 database, bot prevention, and security services.
- Twilio Verify for one-time phone verification codes.
- Brevo for transactional coupon email and email marketing list management.
- Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads for advertising and website measurement.
- Google Maps for displaying our store location.
- DexterLive status services for machine availability information.
Advertising And Analytics
We use analytics and advertising tools, including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, to understand website activity and measure ad performance after optional cookies are accepted. For the promo claim flow, we send Meta a standard Lead event only after a coupon claim is completed successfully and optional cookies are accepted. We do not send your name, email, phone number, verification code, or coupon code to Meta in that event.
The promo form may send advertising attribution metadata to our backend with your claim, including Facebook click IDs, Meta ad parameters, Google Ads click IDs and ValueTrack parameters, and Meta or Google advertising cookie identifiers when optional cookies are accepted and those identifiers exist.
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may keep a suppression record so we can honor your unsubscribe choice.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the promotion, audit records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and ordinary business operations.
Your Choices
You can choose not to submit a promo claim or marketing signup form. You can also adjust browser settings to limit cookies or tracking technologies. Some security, verification, or form features may not work if cookies, scripts, or third-party services are blocked.
